• Eligibility: Refunds are only applicable for damaged or incorrect products.

• Process: Complaints must be submitted via email within 3 days.

• Verification: Refunds are initiated after verifying product images and the order ID.

• Refund Method: Refunds are provided through the same payment method or via COD reversal.

• Non‑Refundable Items: Custom orders and clearance items are not eligible for refunds.
